We offer an exchange service, let us know what machine you have and if in stock we will send up a set of refurbished rollers ready to fit when it suits you. We will give you up to 2 weeks to exchange the rollers and get your old ones back to us. As we are a new Company we do have limited stock, if you have any old rollers they may be of use to us, we will consider buying most types.
We have a full machine shop capable of manufacturing all different types of feed wheels, nip wheels and collars. This allows us to offer a repair service for all rollers. Do you have a bearing diameter worn? No problem we can replace the whole end of most rollers for a fraction of the price of buying new.
Once your rollers are finished we make sure they get to you safely, every set have a bespoke wooden box made. This ensures all our work is looked after until you fit them.
